In this case, PCU District of Columbia Chiefs -- Master Chief Schulz, Senior Chief Kerr, and Chief Tom Bolin -- helped Show Car Transport Driver, Dale, move RFK's BuildSubmarines Show Car into place shortly before the Dover Motor Speedway's FanZone opened to fans at the start of NASCAR's All-Star Weekend.
