Chief Tom Bolin, PCU District of Columbia's Machinery Division Chief, engages a young NASCAR fan fascinated by our working model of the USS District of Columbia during NASCAR's All-Star Weekend at the Dover Motor Speedway's FanZone 15-17 May 2026.
"Drivers, start your engines!" In this case, PCU District of Columbia Chiefs -- Master Chief Schulz, Senior Chief Kerr, and Chief Tom Bolin -- helped Show Car Transport Driver, Dale, move RFK's BuildSubmarines Show Car into place shortly before the Dover Motor Speedway's FanZone opened to fans at the start of NASCAR's All-Star Weekend.

Show Car's in place and now the model's ready to demo for NASCAR Fans thanks to Senior Chief Josh Kerr, LCDR Chip Brand, Petty Officer "Bela" Braun, and Petty Officer Keihin Lee.
